'Tis the season with the FWMGA

Our last tournament of the year is also incredibly popular.  We combine with The Rat Pack & the Ladies Golf Association for this event, a 4-person scramble.  We also hold our food drive for the care center at this event.  A great event with fellowship and charity at the focus!!

Competition – we will have a scramble event where I put together teams based on ABCD players based on current handicaps !!!  I will do my best to accommodate requests but I will not jeopardize the competition by putting together super teams.  If your request is out of line as far as competition, it will be denied !!

Fellowship – this event is open to all current and future FMMGA members as well as to our good friends of the Fort Mill Women’s Golf Association.  The ladies bring some class to our events and we always love the couple times a year they join us.  We also invite you to invite people from the outside to play.  Fort Mill gives a special rate to nonmembers for our events so it isn’t very cost prohibitive.  I hope some of you follow suit with a wife, a son, a brother or someone else you would love to spend 4-5 hours with during the holidays.  As always, it’s a festive tournament and looking for people to dress festively !!!

Charity – during this last event of the year, we do a food drive for the Fort Mill Care Center.  We ask all players to bring a small bag of non-perishable groceries or paper products that can be used at the center for the people in our area in great need !!! We always get a huge contribution for this and the Care Center truly appreciates our efforts !!

The cost is 40 dollars per player plus appropriate cart fees to the pro shop.  We will have gift card winners to the pro shop, food and beverage at the end !!!
